  Our support team will review your request and may ask for photos of the product and its original retail packaging to verify the condition.

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners; please ensure the product is securely packed with all original tags and inserts.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
